Returns & Exchange Policy

At VELVION, every piece is crafted to meet refined expectations. If an item does not meet your needs in size or fit, our exchange process ensures a smooth experience.

 

I. Exchange Window

•Inside Dhaka: Within 4 days of delivery

•Outside Dhaka: Within 7 days of delivery

•International Orders: Final sale — no exchanges permitted

 

II. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for exchange, items must be returned:

•Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

•With original VELVION tags, labels, and packaging intact

•With valid proof of purchase (invoice)

 

III. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, exchanges are not applicable for:

•Sale or clearance items

•Customized or bespoke products

•Innerwear, socks, and select premium accessories

 

IV. Exchange Process

1.Notification: Contact our Concierge within 24 hours of delivery via

2.Quality Check: Returned items are inspected by our QC team within 48 hours.

3.Replacement: Upon approval, exchange for a different size or another item of equal or higher value (price difference payable if applicable).

 

V. Refund Policy

•VELVION follows a strict Exchange Only policy.

•Refunds are issued only if a manufacturing defect cannot be replaced.

•Approved refunds (e.g., item unavailability) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
