For clients who prefer a personalized shopping experience or require assistance with size selection and customs inquiries, we offer a Direct Concierge Ordering Service. Our team ensures a flawless acquisition from start to finish.

The Process:
•Inquiry: Send the product link or screenshot of the item(s) you desire.
•Consultation: Our team will assist with size guides, shipping estimates, and total cost in your preferred currency.
•Invoice: Once confirmed, we send a secure payment link via PayPal or International Bank Transfer.
•Important: Only use the payment methods provided by our Global Concierge. VELVION is not responsible for transactions made outside verified channels.
•Dispatch: After payment verification, your order is prioritized and dispatched via our premium courier partners.

3. Shipping Destinations & Timelines
•Express Shipping: 5–10 business days
•Standard Shipping: 10–18 business days
Delivery times may vary based on location and local customs processing.
VELVION is not responsible for delays or penalties caused by customs in the recipient’s country.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and shipping method.
Complimentary international shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (details available upon inquiry).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
•Responsibility: All import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
•Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, the customer is responsible for original shipping charges and return fees.
6. Order Tracking & Security
Once your order leaves our atelier, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.
For security, a signature is typically required upon delivery for all luxury goods.
7. International Returns & Exchanges
Due to international logistics and customs:
•Final Sale: All international orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges outside Bangladesh.
•Quality Assurance: Every VELVION piece undergoes a triple-point inspection before dispatch.
•Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, contact our Global Concierge at velvionofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
Replacement or repair is subject to verification. VELVION may request return of damaged items at the customer’s expense.
8. Currency & Payments
•Transactions are processed in USD ($) or your selected international currency via our secure payment gateway.
•Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
•All international transactions are subject to currency conversion rates at the time of payment.
9. Restricted Items
Certain items (e.g., exotic leathers or alcohol-based perfumes) may be restricted in some countries.
If an item is restricted, our team will contact you before shipment.
