•Exclusivity: All VELVION products are subject to availability. Limited-edition pieces may be discontinued without prior notice.

•Pricing: Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice to reflect market or luxury positioning adjustments.

III. Order Acceptance & Payments

•Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted only upon official confirmation from VELVION.

•Payment Methods: bKash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations.

•Right to Decline: VELVION reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order to protect brand integrity or prevent fraud. Additional verification may be required for high-value orders.

IV. Shipping & Delivery

•Inside Dhaka: Complimentary shipping

•Outside Dhaka: BDT 120

•Delivery Timeline: 2–5 business days (subject to logistics or unforeseen delays).

•Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

V. Intellectual Property

All content including the VELVION name, logo, designs, graphics, and visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of VELVION.
